The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Transfer Hub Located At Ul. Podchorążych In Jelenia Góra, Including Reconstruction Of The Road, Replacement Of The Surface And Construction Of New Curbs On The Entire Section Of Podchorążych Street Bordering The Newly Designed Transfer Junction, In The Design And Build Formula. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes Two Stages For Each Part Of The Order: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of An Interchange Along With The Reconstruction Of The Road Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required By Law To Carry Out Construction Works. 2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation Referred To In Stage I. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of Budget Task Entitled: Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Jelenia Góra Agglomeration. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Jelenia Góra Agglomeration Fenx.03.01-Ip.02-0021/24 Under Measure Fenx.03.01 Urban Transport Priority Fenx.03 Urban Transport Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027.
