Execution Of Pre-Design Works, Preparation Of A Detailed Concept Of Land Development And Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Together With The Executive Design, Reconciliation Of It And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Works, Performance Of Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works), Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Including: A) Execution Of Pre-Design Works, B) Preparation Of A Detailed Concept Of Land Development And Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Agreeing It And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Works.2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared And Agreed Construction Design Together With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Including: A) Ensuring Supervision During The Performance Of The Works By A Person With Appropriate Authorizations, B) Ensuring All Necessary Supervision Resulting From The Obtained Opinions, Approvals, Permits And Decisions, C) Performing All Preparatory, Earthwork, Construction And Gardening Works And All Works Provided For In The Design Documentation, D) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.
