The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation Works In The Laboratory Department In The Building Of The Regional Blood Donation And Blood Treatment Center In Łódź, In Accordance With The Documentation Attached To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Renovation Works Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Laboratory Department, Including In Particular: A) Preparatory, Disassembly And Demolition Works; B) Renovation Works In The Field Of Floors And Floors; C) Renovation Works In The Scope Of Walls And Ceilings, Including Their Preparation, Repair And Renovation; D) Replacement Of Windows, Window Sills, Window Sills And Radiators; E) Execution Of Works Electrical;F) Performance Of Works In The Field Of Central Heating (Central Heating) Installations;G) Performance Of Works In The Field Of Sewage Installation;H) Performance Of Sanitary Works;I) Performance Of Other Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes.2) Ensuring Supervision Of The Works Carried Out By Persons With Construction Licenses Required By Law, In Accordance With The Scope Of The Works Carried Out;3) Ensuring Proper Coordination Of Works Carried Out In Individual Industries,4) Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation, To The Extent Required By Law And Order Documentation.
