The Subject Of The Order Is A Construction Project Involving The Renovation Of The Existing Surface Of The Courtyard Of The Pomeranian Dukes Castle In Darłowo, Which Will Be Implemented In The Registration Area No. 10 In Darłowo On The Plot No. 512/2.2.Estimated Scope Of Works For The Investment In Question: 1) Preparation Of The Construction Site, Including: By Removing Elements Of Small Architecture Located In The Castle Courtyard That Are Not Permanently Attached To The Ground In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; 2) Removing The Existing Field Stone Surface And Paving Stones Together With The Existing Foundation Layers To The Level Of The Existing Concrete Screed - Approx. 482 M2; 3) Replacing The Rainwater Sewage System - 96 M; 4) Replacing The Sanitary Sewage System - 50 M; 5) Cleaning Of Loose Fragments And Unification Of The Level Of The Concrete Screed; 6) Construction Of A New Foundation And Laying Of A New Surface Of The Courtyard Made Of Granite Cubes Surrounded By 9/11 Cm Thick. 8 Cm With Accentuation Of The Outlines Of The Historical Non-Existent Buildings Using Clinker Floor Bricks And Granite Cubes With Dimensions. 10/9 Cm And Profiling Of Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes - Approx. 385 M2; 7) Construction Of Pedestrian Routes From Flamed Granite Slabs With Dimensions. 100/50/8Cm - Approx. 65.5 M2;8) Construction Of A 50 Cm Wide Gravel And Pebble Band Along The Castle Walls (The Existing Concrete Screed Should Be Removed Within The Width Of The Designed Band);3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.4.The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Full Surveying Services, Including Post-Construction Surveying.5.When Performing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Access To The Adjacent Properties Where The Investment Is Being Carried Out.6.Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor(S) Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1245, As Amended), All Persons Who Will Perform The Work Indicated By The Ordering Party In § 5 Section 1 Of The Draft Contract, Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order.7.The Contractor Selected In The Proceedings In Question Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate And A Material, Financial And Time Schedule Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz8 Within 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
