1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To Winter Road Maintenance In The City And Commune Of Zelów In The Winter Season 2026/2027.2. Winter Road Maintenance Includes In Particular: • Clearing Snow From The Road, Dirt Roads, Bus Bays, Parking Lots And Other Elements Of The Road; • Removing Ice, Black Ice And Winter Slipperiness; • Preventing Slipperiness By Using Chemicals And Roughening Materials; • Winter Maintenance Of Sidewalks, Pedestrian, Bicycle And Pedestrian Routes And Pedestrian Crossings; • Removing Snowdrifts And Clearing Roads; • Emergency Use Of Heavy Equipment In The Event Of An Occurrence Heavy Snowfall, Snowdrifts Or Other Difficulties;• If Necessary, Removal Of Snow From Road Elements;• Maintaining Road Passability And Patency Of Sidewalks And Pedestrian Crossings During Continuous Rainfall;• Performing Cleaning Works After The End Of The Winter Season, In Particular Sweeping Roads And Cleaning Street Inlets.3.The Total Length Of The Roads Managed By The Zelów Commune Is Approximately 250 Km.4.A Detailed List Of Roads Covered By Individual Winter Maintenance Standards Is Set Out In Annex No. 4 - Winter Road Maintenance Standards In The Zelów Commune In The 2026/2027 Winter Season.
