The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment:1. Cnc Machine Tool For The Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.B. The Contractors Obligation Is To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, C. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions. D. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Using Your Own Transport And At Your Own Expense And Risk, To The Premises Of The Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice, Ul. Dworcowa 1.E. Unloading The Subject Of The Order From The Means Of Transport And Transporting (Bringing) It To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party, Unpacking From The Packaging; F. Connecting, Starting The Subject Of The Order And Checking Its Correct Operation; G. Conducting On-The-Job Training For The Ordering Partys Employees To The Extent Necessary For The Comprehensive Use Of The Subject Of The Order;H. Providing Service Under The Quality Guarantee, As Well As Service In The Post-Warranty Period Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. I. Providing, Together With The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Documents Indicated In The Tor And Any Other Documents Allowing The Ordering Party To Use The Equipment Lawfully And In Accordance With Its Technical And Economic Purpose (All Documents Specified In This Point Should Be Prepared In Polish Or Translated Into Polish);J. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period.
