The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense At The Place And Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. Delivery Will Take Place On A Working Day From 8:00 A.M. General Requirements Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Defects And Complete, I.E. Including All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Their Use. The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases.2) The Entire Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be Manufactured No Later Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, Be Functional And Have The Equipment Necessary For Functional Operation. The Delivered Goods Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Ordering Party Requires That The Instructions For The Ordered Goods Be In Polish. 3) The Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Specified In Applicable Law, In Particular Ce Declarations And The Iso 9001 Certificate For The Manufacturer.
