The Subject Of The Order Is Permanent Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, As Well As Monitoring And Operation Of Existing Systems: Fire Alarm System, Sswin, Closed Circuit Television System, Access Control System Of The District Court In Hrubieszów, Carried Out By The Contractors Employees Licensed As A Qualified Security Employee.2. Due To The Specificity Of The Ordering Partys Facility, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Persons With A Disability Certificate To Be Assigned To Provide Security Services.3. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractors Obligations In The Scope Of The Protection Of Persons And Property: 1) Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Provided In The Building Of The District Court In Hrubieszów And The Area Adjacent To The Building (Internal Parking Lot - Fenced), Also Carried Out By Conducting Visual Observation And Through The Closed-Circuit Television System (Images From Cameras Located Inside And Outside The Court Building) By: A) On Mondays - Two Security Employees From From 7.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M., B) From Tuesday To Friday - Two Security Employees From From 7.00 A.M. To 4.00 P.M.2) Execution Of The Order By Sending Employees With The Necessary Professional Training, Equipped With Business Clothes With The Company Logo And A Personal Id Badge.5) Training Of Security Employees In The Security Policy Of The District Court In Hrubieszów And The Obligations Of Security Employees To Comply With It.6) Familiarizing Security Employees With Evacuation Plans, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. The Contractor Will Provide The Services Of Security Personnel Trained In Providing First Aid. 7) Ensuring That Security Personnel Are Familiar With The Topography Of The Facility, Including The Layout Of Rooms, Routes Of Escape Routes, Etc., 8) Familiarizing Security Personnel With The Location And Basic Operation Of Main Electricity Switches, Water Valves, Switches For Anti-Burglary And Fire Protection Monitoring Systems, Including The Operation Of The Fire Alarm Control Panel. In The Event Of Alarms, Immediately Informing The Ordering Partys Designated Employees By Telephone, And If A Fire Alarm Is Triggered, Immediately Initiate Fire Protection Procedures And, In The Event Of A False Alarm, Cancel The Arrival Of The State Fire Service Unit.
