The Bill Of Quantities And The Template Of The Bid Cost Estimate Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. The Number Of Works Ordered To Be Performed During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement May Be Less Than The Amount Presented In The Bill Of Quantities And The Bid Cost Estimate, Which, However, Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims Of The Contractor Against The Ordering Party, Regardless Of Their Legal Basis.
