The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Dobiegniew Commune And Its Organizational Units In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law Together With Implementing Regulations. The Estimated Electricity Consumption Is A Total Of 688,534 Kwh For 117 Energy Consumption Points (Ppe), Including 489,828 Kwh For The Needs Of Street Lighting (72 Ppe) And 198,706 Kwh For The Needs Of Other Facilities (45 Ppe). The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Terms Of Reference, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Along With A List Of Facilities Covered By The Contract. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of Electricity At A Level Of At Least 80% Of The Estimated Volume. The Actual Demand Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. Changing The Amount Of Purchased Energy, While Maintaining The Minimum Guaranteed Purchase Level, Will Not Result In Charging The Ordering Party With Additional Costs.
