The Option Is Exercised By A Unilateral Declaration By The Ordering Party, Specifying The Number Of Pieces And Sizes, Sent To The Contractor By E-Mail.3. The Ordering Party May Order The Scope Covered By The Option Once Or In Parts, No Later Than 14 Calendar Days Before December 31, 2026 And Only To The Extent Possible To Complete By That Date. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Place An Order Regarding The Options.4. It Is Allowed To Change The Number Of Pieces Between Sizes And Womens And Mens Variants In A Given Part, If The Offered Product Is Available In A Given Variant And The Change Does Not Violate The Total Guaranteed Minimum Or Maximum For This Part. It Is Not Allowed To Exchange Part Of The Order For Another Part.5. Within 14 Calendar Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Deliver To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, At Its Own Expense, A Set Of Available Sizes Of The Offered Model For Employee Fittings; This Applies To The Womens And Mens Variants Respectively. Samples For Fitting May Be In Colors Other Than The Order Color.6. The Ordering Party Will Provide A Final List Of The Number Of Pieces And Sizes After The Fittings. The Contractor Will Collect The Size Set At His Own Expense Within 7 Days Of The Request.7. In The Event Of A Mismatch Of Clothing, The Ordering Party May Reduce The Quantity Ordered For A Given Part, But Not Below The Guaranteed Minimum. For Caps, It Is Allowed To Adjust The Size Groups To The Manufacturers Table While Maintaining The Required Quantity And Covering The Sizes Of Employees.
