Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of An X-Ray Machine With Reversible Installation And Commissioning In Building No. 1

1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery As Part Of The Task: Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New X-Ray Device, Replacing The Current Device In The Existing X-Ray Room In Building No. 1, Along With Reversible Installation, Configuration And Commissioning, Without Construction And Adaptation Works2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Technical Specification (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Before Starting The Assembly, The Contractor Will Provide Written Confirmation That The Offered Mounting And Connection System Is Removable And Does Not Require Construction Works, Changes To Permanent Covers Or Reconstruction Of The Buildings Installations. In The Event Of A Different Determination, The Contractor Will Suspend The Installation And Immediately Notify The Ordering Party. A) Disconnection And Disassembly Of The Existing X-Ray Equipment Together With Associated Devices, Only Without Any Construction Interference In The Room And Building Installations (Including Providing A Disassembly Protocol) And Depositing The Dismantled Devices In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; B) Providing Technical Documentation For The New X-Ray Device, Including Data For Assessing The Effectiveness Of Existing Fixed Shields, Including Information Characterizing The Ionizing Radiation Emitted By The Device, Necessary For The Ordering Party To Submit An Application For Issuing Or Changing A Permit; C) Performing Only The Reversible Assembly And Connection Of The Device To The Existing Infrastructure Of The X-Ray Room, Without Construction Works, Adaptation Of Rooms And Modernization Of The Buildings Installations, In Order To Properly And Safely Connect And Start The X-Ray Machine, Provided That The Existing Infrastructure Complies With The Manufacturers Requirements D) Installation And Commissioning Of The New X-Ray Machine; E) Carrying Out Acceptance (Acceptance) Tests, Specialized Tests Of The X-Ray Device And Dosimetric Measurements In The X-Ray Laboratory By An Entity Authorized To Do So; F) Before Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol, Conducting Employee Training At The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Ending With Writing The Protocol And Issuing Personal Certificates To The Trained Employees) In The Operation Of The X-Ray Machine And Conducting Two Additional Training Courses During The Use Of The Machine, In Accordance With Item J.14 Opzg) Integration Of The X-Ray Machine With The His/Ris/Pacs Systems Operating At The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Item I.9, I.10 And J.2 Opzh) Delivery Of Radiological Protection Equipment Specified In Item J.12 Opz And The Provision Of Warranty Service, Inspections And Tests During The Periods Offered In The Offer.3.The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Under The Grant Project Entitled Accessibility Plus For Aos Implemented Under Measure Fers.03.07 Of The European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Program (Financing Ap
