The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Pre-Treatment Sets For The Storm Sewage Network - Reconstruction Of The Storm Sewage System In The Scope Of Construction Of Pre-Treatment Devices In Ul. Saint Brata Albert And Ul. Potokowa In Gdańsk.2.The Subject Of The Order Covers Two Parts. Part No. 1: Pre-Treatment Sets For The Storm Sewage Network - Reconstruction Of The Rain Sewage System In The Scope Of Construction Of Pre-Treatment Devices In Ul. Saint Brother Albert In Gdańsk. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary For The Implementation Of Pre-Treatment Sets In The Storm Sewage Network, Including In Particular The Following Elements: • Construction Of A Sedimentation Tank And A Separator Of Petroleum Substances Along With Their Integration Into The Existing Network (I.E. Construction Of Sections Of The Storm Sewer System Within The Above-Mentioned Devices), • Hardening Of The Area For The Operation Of Pre-Treatment Devices, • Dismantling Of The Existing Section Of The Storm Sewer System, • Preparatory And Demolition Works, Earthworks And Assembly, • Performing Leakage Tests Using The Flood Method And Acceptance Tests, • Restoring The Surface And Greenery, • Making Permanent And Temporary Horizontal And Vertical Markings, • Conducting Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Segregation, Storage, Transport And Transfer Of Waste To Authorized Recipients And Its Disposal, • Securing The Greenery During Construction And Replanting 2 Existing Deciduous Trees And Maintaining Them For 3 Years. • Obtaining A Permit To Carry Out Works In The Road Area Of Ul. Saint Brother Albert, Together With The Cost Of Occupying The Road, • Verification Of The Solutions Proposed In The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Prepared And Included In The Documentation, Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Works And The Local Facts, And Also, In The Event Of Any Objections To The Proposed Temporary Traffic Organization, Preparation Of A New Tor Project Along With Its Approval In The Relevant Office And Obtaining All Consents Required By Law, • Implementation Of All Necessary Elements Of The Temporary Traffic Organization, Ensuring Safe Communication In The Vicinity Of The Works Being Carried Out, And Their Removal After The Completion Of The Works, • Obtaining All Consents And Decisions, As Well As Meeting All Requirements Arising From The Design Documentation And Its Arrangements, • Developing And Agreeing With The Ordering Party The Instruction For The Safe Execution Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As: Ibwr) For All Tasks, In Particular In The Field Of Work Performed On Power Equipment, As Well As Developing Ibwr For The Industry In Question By The Designated Works Manager Electrical/Power Engineering In Consultation With Energa Operator, • Carrying Out Works In Accordance With The Ibwr Developed And Agreed With Energa Operator, Supervision Of The Wo
