1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Drafting Decisions On Determining The Development Conditions And Location Of Public Purpose Investments For The Needs Of The Skórzec Commune, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003 On The Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589). 2. The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Determination Of Development Conditions - Expected Number: 400 Projects; 2) Preparation Of Draft Amendments To Decisions On Determination Of Development Conditions - Expected Number: 5 Projects; 3) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Location Of Public Purpose Investments - Assumed Number: 5 Projects.3.One Set Of Draft Decisions Referred To In Section 2, Includes The Following Studies: 1) Draft Decision Consisting Of A Text Part And A Graphic Part; 2) Analysis Of The Development And Development Area Around The Plot Covered By The Application For Development Conditions, Prepared In Graphic And Descriptive Form, Constituting An Annex To The Decision. 4.The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Order Will Be Based On Applications For The Issuance Of A Decision On The Determination Of Development Conditions Or Changes In The Decision On The Determination Of Development Conditions Or Applications For The Issuance Of A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose, Which Will Be Submitted To The Commune Office By December 31, 2026, Successively Submitted To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract. 5. The Preparation Time For A Given Project Will Be: 1) A Maximum Of 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Application For A Decision - For The Facilities Specified In Art. 29 Section 1 Point 1A Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended);2) A Maximum Of 21 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Application For A Decision - For Other Facilities.6.Due To The Possibility Of Changes In The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Duration Of The Contract For The Award Of This Order, The Number Of Actually Commissioned Draft Decisions May Differ From The Number Used To Calculate The Offer Price.
