The Order Covers The Entire Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Relation To The Moje Pitch - Orlik 2012 Facility At The Secondary School No. 2 In Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Ul. Jałowcowa 10 (Plot No. 290/2, Ob. 0013 Tomaszów Mazowiecki), Marked In The Attached Map. The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Include, Among Others: A) Carrying Out A Technical Assessment Of The Facility, Which Is To Determine In Particular: - The Current Technical Condition Of The Facility, Including Individual Elements Of The Sports Complex, - Causes Of Damage, - Repair/Modernization Recommendations In Order To Restore: Compliance With Regulations, Proper Technical Condition, Functionality, Safety Of Use, B) The Full Scope Of Modernization Works Necessary To Be Performed, Including The Full Scope Resulting From The Technical Assessment, And, Among Others: - Modernization Sports Fields, Modernization Of The Fence With Ball Catches, Modernization Of The Existing Locker Room And Sanitary Facilities. Any Scope, Solutions, Etc., Not Included But Necessary To: Ensure The Operation Of The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Regulations And Standards Should Be Taken Into Account And Designed Within This Order; Ensuring Compliance Of The Project With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Industry Guidelines; Ensuring The Actual Possibility Of Completing The Task. The Contractor Is In Particular Obliged To Take Into Account The Ordering Partys Intention To Obtain Funding From External Funds For The Task In Question, Therefore The Contractor Is Required To Be Particularly Diligent In The Execution Of The Order And To Take Into Account The Relevant Technical Guidelines For The Design Of Sports Facilities Provided By The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism. The Facilities Should Be Constructed Using Technology That Ensures The Safety Of Users, And The Adopted Technical And Functional Solutions Should Meet Existing Standards.
