Given In Section 1, The Estimated Volumes Of The Order Within Its Individual Parts Were Determined On The Basis Of The Number Of Services Of This Type Provided In Previous Years, Solely For The Purposes Of Calculating And Comparing Offers In This Procedure. Due To The Nature Of The Services That Are The Subject Of This Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Size Of The Order Within Its Individual Parts, According To The Actual Needs Resulting From The Weather Conditions Prevailing During The Contract Implementation Period. If The Order Size Is Reduced Below The Above-Mentioned Specific Estimated Values, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims For Compensation Against The Ordering Party In This Respect.
