Preparatory Works, B. Demolition Works, C. Earthworks: D.Surface Structure (Construction Of The Road, Construction Of Standard Exits), E. Drainage, F. Curbs And Edges, G. Finishing Works, H. Performance Of All Works Necessary To Implement The Permanent Traffic Organization Project, In Particular The Implementation Of Horizontal Markings. 2. Regardless Of The Obligations Referred To In Section 2 Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install The Information Board Referred To In Art. 38 Section 1 And Section 1A Of The Act Of October 23, 2018 On The Government Road Development Fund In Connection With From § 2 Point 1 Letter A), § 5 Section 1, Section 2, Section 3 Points 1, § 9 Section 1 And Section 2 Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds (Hereinafter: Information Board). 3.
