The Subject Of The Agreement Includes, Among Others: 1) Performance Of Construction Works; 2) Organizing The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations; 3) Organizing And Conducting The Necessary Tests And Acceptances And Completing Documentation Covering The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 4) Preparing An As-Built Survey Of The Task Together With An As-Built Surveying Inventory (2 Copies); 5) Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works.
