1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Provincial Road, Al. Piaskowa, On The Section From Ul. Elektryczna To Ul. Szklana As Part Of The Investment Task Renovation Of Provincial Roads In The City Of Tarnów.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of Al. Piaskowa On The Section From Ul. Elektryczna To Ul. Szklana And Will Consist In, Among Others: 1) Milling Of The Bituminous Surface, 2) Construction Of A Road With A Bituminous Surface, 3) Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes And Valves, 4) Introduction Of Temporary Road Traffic Organization Along With Securing And Marking The Area And Updating It During Construction Depending On Current Needs, 5) Restoring Permanent Traffic Organization And Restoring Horizontal Markings On The Road, 6) Carrying Out Finishing Works And Ordinal.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes 1 And 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
