1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Styrofoam Elements To Fill Transport Packaging To The Headquarters Of The Ncbj Radioisotope Center Polatom. 2. Detailed Requirements, Technical Parameters And Other Conditions Along With The List Of Elements Are Specified In Annex A1, A2 /With Drawings/ To This Swz - Technical Specification Of Polystyrene Elements.3.The Estimated Demand For Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Price Form, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To Swz.4.The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Delivered Styrofoam Elements For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Confirmed Delivery. 5. The Ordering Party Will Order Types And Quantities Of Styrofoam Elements According To Its Needs. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Material And Quantity By No More Than 20%. If The Full Amount Of The Agreement Is Not Used, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.
