The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of A Small Gymnasium With Accompanying Rooms On The Second Floor Of The Dormitory Facilities Of The Forest School Complex In Biłgoraj, At Ul. Polnej 3, 23-400 Biłgoraj, Obejmujące Roboty Ogólnobudowlane Oraz Roboty W Zakresie Instalacji Sanitarnych I Elektrycznych.2.The Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including The Partition Walls Indicated In The Documentation, Existing Floors, Doors With Frames, Window Sills, Attic Hatch, Steel Ladder And Installations And Accessories To Be Dismantled; 2) Preparation And Leveling Of Subfloors And Construction Of Sports Carpet Floors In The Gym Rooms And Ceramic Tiles In The Corridor And Cloakroom, Along With Finishing The Joints Of The Floors With Walls;3) Making Local Repairs And Plaster Additions, Preparing Substrates, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Varnishing Indicated Wall Surfaces And Installing Protective Corners;4) Installing Internal Conglomerate Window Sills, Internal Glazed And Solid Plate Aluminum Doors And An Insulated Attic Hatch With Stairs;5) Constructing Casings For Installation Risers Made Of Plasterboards And Installing Ventilation Grilles;6) Liquidation Cast Iron Sewage Risers Ks1 And Ks2 On The Section From The Attic To The Basement, Along With Cutting Off The Outlets Of The Sewage Installation In The Basement Indicated In The Documentation, Closing The Holes And Restoring Them After The Works;7) Replacing Sections Of The Sewage Risers Ks3 And Ks4 On The Second Floor With Pvc Pipes, Along With Making Connections To The Remaining Installation;8) Performing Electrical Works, Including Replacing The T3 Switchboard, The Basic Lighting Installation And Emergency And Installation Of Plug Sockets, Along With The Required Safeguards And Protective Connections;9) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations And Measurements Of The Completed Installations And Preparing And Submitting Acceptance Documentation;10) Securing The Work Site And The Surroundings, Ensuring The Safety Of People Staying In The Building, Removing And Managing Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order And Tidying Up The Areas Covered By The Works.3.In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, Within The Time Specified In The Contract, In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Ensuring The Required Quality Of The Works And Materials Used, 2) During The Warranty Period For Defects And Quality Guarantee, He Will Participate, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, In Reviews Of The Works Performed And In Activities Related To The Verification Of Reported Defects, And Will Also Remove Defects Covered By His Responsibility, On The Terms And Within The Deadlines Specified In Contract, 3) Will Ensure The Organization And Conduct Of Works I
