4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated On Properties Inhabited In The Rzeczniów Commune In 2027.4.2.The Approximate Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point During The Order Implementation Period Will Be Approximately 778.48 Mg, And The Amount Covered By The Option Right: 80 Mg.4.2.1 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs (Increased Amount Of Waste Collected By Residents) - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order.
