The Basic Scope Includes Ground Floor Rooms And Works Necessary To Ensure Fire Safety Indicated In The Design Documentation.2. The Scope Includes In Particular The Renovation Of Stairs And Ramps, Replacement Of Balustrades And Door Joinery, Demolition And General Construction Works, Finishing Of Walls And Floors, Reconstruction Of Sanitary Facilities And Water And Sewage Installations, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations. Robots Include Accessibility Solutions For People With Disabilities.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 7 To The Swz. The Description Is Considered Together With The Design Documentation, Which Consists Of: Architectural And Construction Design, Structural Design, Industry Designs, Interior Design Design - Construction Part I, Carpentry Part Ii, Equipment Elements And Material List, Stwiorb And Bills Of Quantities (Including Bill Of Quantities For Construction And Sanitary Works Of July 15, 2026). All Documents Are Posted On The Procedure Website Together With Swz.4. The Order Includes The Delivery Of Materials, Devices And Equipment Indicated In The Documentation, Including Furniture, Rehabilitation Devices, Kitchen Equipment And Other Equipment, Their Assembly And Commissioning, Tests, Measurements, As-Built Documentation, Instructions And Training Of Staff Regarding The Installed Systems And Tidying Up The Work Area. 4A. The Structural Design And The (Interior) Arrangement Design Should Be Considered Complementarily. The Bills Of Quantities Cover Only The Scope Of The Architectural Design; The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Price The Works, Materials And Equipment Resulting From The Arrangement Design, In Particular From The Bill Of Materials Contained Therein.
