The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Installation Of Air Conditioning In Six Rooms Of The Building Of Primary School 5 Żary.4.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Works: − Delivery And Installation Of Air-Conditioning Devices With The Necessary Equipment, − Execution Of Refrigeration, Electrical And Control Installations And Condensate Drainage Installations, − Execution Of Passages Through Building Partitions And Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Installation, − Connection Of The Installation To The Existing Technical Infrastructure Of The Facility, − Performance Of Tests, Measurements, Commissioning And Adjustment Of The Installation, − Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation And The Required Instructions, Declarations And Protocols. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Persons Having All The Authorizations, Qualifications And Certificates Required By Law, Appropriate To The Scope Of Activities Entrusted To Them, In Particular The F-Gas Certificate To The Extent Required For Activities Performed On Air-Conditioning Devices Containing Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases And, If The Scope Of Work Performed Requires It, Appropriate Qualification Certificates To Perform Work On Devices, Installations And Power Networks As Well As Measurement Works (Within Supervision And Operation).
