Performing The Function Of The Substitute Investor For The Investment Will Consist In: 1) Implementing A Functional And Operational Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Operational Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454);2) Participation In The Preparation And Conduct Of The Tender Procedure By The Ordering Party To Select The Contractor For The Investment And Participation In Any Appeal Procedures On The Part Of The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Basic Order And 3) Organization, Coordination, Supervision, Management, Reporting And Settlement Of The Investment Process For The Above-Mentioned Task (I.E. Renovation) In The Scope Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, Including Acting As The Inspector Investor Supervision (In The Form Of A Team Of Inspectors), Hereinafter Referred To As The Optional Order - Option Right.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
