Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Christmas Lighting In The City Of Mielec In The 2026/2027 Season

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Consisting In Decorating The City Of Mielec With Christmas Light Decorations During Christmas And New Year In The 2026/2027 Season. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Lease, Deliver And Install Decorative Lighting On Streets, Squares And Other Facilities And Elements Of Public Space Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract, Along With Connecting The Decorations To Existing Power Points; Making Missing Risers Supplying Power To The Decorations, If Necessary, Including Making And Installing Wires Or Cables With A Cross-Section Of 3X1.5 Mm², In Black, Terminated With A Hermetic Socket With Parameters 16A/250V, Ip44 With Connection To A Pole Fuse Plate, If Required For Technical Or Safety Reasons; 2) Ongoing Maintenance Of The Decoration Lighting Throughout The Entire Exhibition Period, Including Ensuring The Proper Functioning Of All Installation Elements, Checking Their Technical Condition And Efficiency, And Continuous Monitoring Of Lighting Operation; 3) Providing Service, Including In Particular Regular Inspection Tours Of The Locations Where The Decorations Were Installed, Verification Of Their Technical Condition And Proper Operation, As Well As Taking Necessary Corrective Actions In The Event Of Any Defects, Damage Or Other Irregularities; 4) Ensuring Insurance Of Decorative Lighting Elements For The Period Of Order Execution; 5) Performing The Required Electrical Measurements Of Installations Related To The Installation And Operation Of Decorative Lighting, 6) Dismantling Decorative Lighting After The End Of The Exhibition Period, Including Safely Disconnecting The Installation From The Power Supply, Dismantling All Decorative Elements And Accessories Installed As Part Of The Order, And Then Transporting Them To The Storage Place; 2. The Total Number Of Complete Decoration Elements Is 125 Pieces, Including 101 Pieces Of Lantern Elements To Be Mounted At Height And 24 Pieces Of Free-Standing Spatial Figures. The Decorations Provided By The Contractor Must Correspond To The Patterns Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template. 3. Decoration Exposure Time: From December 6, 2026. Until January 31, 2027 The Ordering Party Requires That The Lighting Be Turned On On December 6, 2026. During The Citys St. Nicholas Day Celebrations.4. The Leased Elements Constitute The Contractors Property, They Should Be New And Fully Functional, Lent For The Exhibition. Decoration Patterns And Descriptions Included In The Opz Are Examples. The Colors Of The Luminous And Decorative Elements As Well As The Materials Of All Construction Elements Described And Shown In The Opz Must Be Maintained.
