Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Civil Defense Products For The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Divided Into Three Parts.

Part I: Civil Defense Assortment For Third-Party Liability Warehouse Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand-New Civil Defense Warehouse Equipment, Including The Third-Party Liability Insurance Assortment, Flood Protection And Water Supply Equipment, And Road Traffic Safety Equipment. The Delivered Assortment Should Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Have The Required Approvals And Certificates, And Meet The Applicable Quality Standards And Should Meet The Safety Standards Specified By Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Its Own Expense And Risk, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In The Contract. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Activities Of The Local Government Unit Aimed At Increasing The Level Of Security Of Residents And Developing The Ability To Respond To Crisis Situations. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Vulnerabilities And Risks Identified In The Decisions Of The Competent Authorities For Cybersecurity. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Fully Consistent With The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: - Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; - An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
