The Subject Of The Contract Includes Winter Maintenance: A) Streets And City Squares - The List Of Streets Is Included In Annex No. 1. The Total Length Of Streets And City Squares Subject To The Subject Of The Order Is 21,171 Km. B) Rural Roads - The List Of Roads Is Included In Annex No. 2. The Total Length Of Rural Roads Subject To The Subject Of The Order Is 80,684 Km.2. The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Consists In Particular In: A. Managing Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Streets During The Period Referred To In § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract, Including On Non-Working Days And Holidays, And That The Contractor Remains Ready To Perform The Subject Of The Contract During This Period; B. The Contractors Provision Of Equipment, Handling And Transport Of Materials Necessary For The Performance Of This Contract, Along With The Provision Of Propellants And Consumables; C. The Minimum Equipment Requirements That Must Be Met By The Contractor When Performing Winter Road Maintenance Are Having Functional: - Sand Spreaders - Pcs. 3 Plows - Pcs. 3-Carriers For The Above-Mentioned Equipment - 3 Pcs. - Chargers - 1 Pc. - Gps Transmitters With Software Enabling Monitoring Of The Operating Position Of The Equipment - Pc. 2D. Combating And Eliminating Slipperiness Of Snow And Black Ice With Roughening Materials Using A Sand-Salt Mixture In The Proportion Of 2:1. E. The Roughening Material And The Place For Its Storage Are Provided By The Contractor, F. Mixing And Loading Of The Roughening Material Should Be To The Contractor And Will Be Performed At His Expenseg. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A One-Time Final Cleaning Of The Surface Of Non-Urban Roads And City Streets From The Remains Of The Roughening Material Within The Date Specified By The Ordering Party, But No Later Than April 30, 2027.
