1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Electric Car.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Technical And Operational Requirements Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3.The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Failure To Meet All Required Parameters Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.4.The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To Contractors Inquiries.5.The Subject Of The Order Must Be Compliant With Applicable Standards And Regulations, And In Particular Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide And Forward To The Ordering Party The Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Vehicle. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Vehicle Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Manufactured In 2026, Complete, Free From Manufacturing And Legal Defects, Made Using Safe Technologies And Ready For Use At The Time Of Receipt. 8. The Delivered Vehicle Must Come From An Authorized Sales Channel.9. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Coordinate The Proper Delivery And Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements The Contractor Performs His Duties Or Entrusts Them With Their Performance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For Physical Defects. The Warranty Period For Physical Defects Is 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order Under The Terms Specified In The Civil Code. The Contractor Is Liable For All Defects In The Subject Of The Order Disclosed During The Warranty Period.
