Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of A Strategic Noise Map For The City Of Sosnowiec

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service, Which Includes: A) Development Of A Strategic Noise Map For The City Of Sosnowiec, Hereinafter Referred To As The Map, Including: - Obtaining Or Supplementing The Data Necessary To Prepare The Map; - Performing Acoustic And Non-Acoustic Measurements; - Developing Individual Elements Of The Map In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 1, 2021 On The Detailed Scope Of Data Included In Noise Maps, The Method Of Their Presentation And Form Of Their Submission (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 255, As Amended); B) Preparing And Providing The Ordering Party With Materials Necessary To Fulfill The Obligation To: Publish The Strategic Noise Map On The Website Of The Municipal Office In Sosnowiec And In The Form Of Network Services, Resulting From Art. 118 Section 3 Of The Environmental Protection Law, And Section 9 Of Annex No. 1 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of July 1, 2021, Referred To In Point A Above),  Providing The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection With Updated Data Identifying The City Of Sosnowiec, Referred To In Art. 117A Section 2 In Connection With Art. 118A Section 2 Of The Environmental Protection Law, - Providing The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection And The Marshal Of The Silesian Voivodeship With The Strategic Noise Map Resulting From Art. 118A Section 1 Of The Environmental Protection Law. 2. The Territorial Scope Of The Order Covers The Area Within The City Limits Of Sosnowiec. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Opz.
