The Order Is Implemented Under Area D Of The Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii And Is Financed From The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons And The Dobre Communes Own Funds. A Detailed Description Of The Technical Parameters, Functional And Utility Specifications, Bodywork And Vehicle Equipment Are Specified In The Annex To The Swz - Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Order. The Requirements Indicated There Are Minimum Requirements, Unless Their Content States Otherwise. The Contractor, Together With The Vehicle, Will Provide A Set Of Documents Required For Its Registration And Legal Use, Documentation Of The Structure And The Trolley Mounting System, Documentation Of The Ramp, Instructions In Polish, Warranty Books And Other Documents Indicated In The Annex To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Conduct Practical Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Vehicle, Ramp, Securing The Trolley And Securing A Person Traveling On The Vehicle. Stroller. The Vehicle And The Superstructure Must Meet All Requirements Applicable On The Date Of Delivery Resulting From Legal Provisions, Approvals And Road Traffic Authorization Rules.
