For Part 1 - Purchase And Installation Of Alarm Points, Which Include 10 Alarm Sirens, Control And Switching Devices, As Part Of The Task <>, The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of 10 Alarm Points, Which Include Electronic Alarm Sirens And Control And Switching Devices, Fully Compatible And Enabling Integration With The Population Alarm And Warning System Used In The Gostynin County, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In The Field Of Population Protection And Civil Defense (In Particular The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of May 14, 2025 On Alarms And Warning Messages), As Well As Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Non-Exclusive, Unlimited Temporary License (Or Authorization To Use) For All Firmware And Control Software Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Alarm Points And Their Integration With The District System, Without The Right To Demand Additional Remuneration For This Purpose. Warranty: The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Alarm Points (Alarm Sirens, Control And Switching Devices, Accessories) For A Period Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations 10 Alarm Points, Including In Particular Alarm Sirens, Control And Switching Devices, Compatible And Enabling Full Integration With The Population Alarm And Warning System Used In The District For The Following Locations: – City Of Gostynin – Osiedle Zalesie – 1 Pc. – Commune Of Gostynin: Town Of Zwoleń – 1 Pc, Town Of Skrzany – 1 Pc, Town Of Huta Nowa – 1 Pc, Town Of Gorzewo - 1 Pc., Gorzewo - Kruk - 1 Pc. - City And Commune Of Sanniki: Town Of Lwówek - 1 Pc. - Commune Of Szczawin Kościelny: Town Of Trębki - 1 Pc. - Commune Of Pacyna: Town Of Luszyn - 1 Pc., Town Of Rybie - 1 Pc. The Exact Addresses Of Delivery And Installation Of 10 Alarm Points Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party To The Contractor Before The Commencement Of The Task. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicates That It May Invalidate The Procurement Procedure If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Under The Above-Mentioned Financing Source Have Not Been Granted To It Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional And Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Use Of So-Called Refurbished Devices Is Not Allowed.
