The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Tczów Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In Tczów In 2027 Consisting In The Provision Of Services, I.E. Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties - Households In The Tczów Commune And Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Point Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok) In Tczów In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste For 2027: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - Collected By Residents Of Properties Residing In The Tczów Commune In Quantities Of Approximately 530.5440 Mg Per Year; 2) Segregated Municipal Waste Collected By Residents Of Properties Residing In The Tczów Commune In Appropriately Marked Bags In Quantities Of Approximately 313.1149 Mg Annually.
