The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Sale Of Electricity And Ensuring Its Distribution Services For The Needs Of Street Lighting, Buildings And Facilities Managed By The Jeżowe Commune And Organizational Units Of The Jeżowe Commune.2.The Total Amount Of Electricity Expected To Be Collected During The Term Of The Contract Is Approximately 770,000 Kwh, And In Accordance With Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of The Benefit Is 550,000 Kwh, Including: 1) Buildings And Facilities Managed By The Jeżowe Commune, For Which The Expected Energy Consumption In Individual Tariffs Is: C 11 - 78,800 Kwh, G 11 - 10 Kwh, B 11 - 1190Kwh, 2) Street Lighting Managed By The Commune Jeżowe, For Which The Expected Energy Consumption In The C 11 Tariff Is: 202,000 Kwh,3) Municipal Cultural Center In Jeżowe (Gck), For Which The Expected Energy Consumption In The C 11 Tariff Is: 8,000 Kwh,4) Zakład Gospodarki In Jeżów (Zgk), For Which The Expected Energy Consumption In Individual Tariffs Is: C11 - 270,000 Kwh, C12a - 210,000 Kwh. The Quantities Given Above Are Estimates, Which Do Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor.
