The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Specialized Software (Forensic Information Technology) And Devices For Storing And Reading Data. Cpv: 48700000-5 Delivery Of Specialized Software (Forensic Information Technology)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz /Respectively For The Selected Part/3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Fully Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz / Respectively For The Selected Part, Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 4. The Contractor Guarantees That He Has Come Into Possession Of The Goods Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Bearing All Fees Provided For By Law. 5. The Provided Software Licenses Will Entitle The Ordering Party To Download Corrections And Update The Software In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Starting From The Date Of Delivery Of The Software In A Way That Does Not Infringe The Rights Of The Creators And The Owner Of Copyrights And Does Not Limit The Rights The Ordering Party To Use This Software In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Contract. 6. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz (Respectively For The Selected Part/7). The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Product And Price Form The Manufacturer Of The Offered Product (Respectively For The Selected Part/8). 1. If The Contractor Offers Ict Solutions, He Is Obliged To Clearly Identify Each Ict Solution Offered, In Particular By Indicating: 1. The Name Of The Solution, 2. The Manufacturer Or Supplier, 3. The Type, Model, Version Or Other Marking Allowing Its Identification, 4.
