The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Including Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Of Cleanliness In The Building Of The Gubin Commune Office, Described In Detail In Annex 8 To Swz.1.The Total Area On Which The Task Will Be Carried Out Is 1,073 M2, With: 2.The Building Consists Of Three Floors: 1) Office Rooms - 626.95 M2; 2) Utility Room, Kitchenettes - 55.29 M2; 3) Corridors And Staircases - 311.36 M2; 4) Sanitary Rooms - 45.56 M2; 5) Meeting Room - 33.30 M2. 3. Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Number Of Employees To Guarantee The Reliability Of The Cleaning Service And Respect For The Ordering Partys Property.4.Due To The Fact That The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Consist In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 The Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), Which Has The Characteristics Of An Employment Relationship, Requires The Contractor To Employ Employees Performing Activities For The Ordering Party Under An Employment Contract.
