The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Sidewalks In The Pysznica Commune In The 2026/2027 Winter Season, Which Should Be Understood As: 1) Snow Removal And Combating Slipperiness Of Roads Using A Sand And Salt Mixture (30% Salt + 70% Aggregate), The Composition Of Which Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960).2) The Road Salt Used Should Comply With The Polish Versions Of European Standards Pn-En Series 16811.3) Mechanical Snow Removal And Combating Slipperiness Using Sand On Sections Of Bicycle Paths And Sidewalks.4) Eliminating The Effects Of Winter, Including Snow And Low Temperatures, By Ensuring Road Passability And Limiting Disruptions In Road Traffic Caused By Weather Factors; 5) Conducting Winter Operations During The Day And At Night, On Working Days And Holidays, In Various Weather Conditions (Snowfall, Freezing Rain, Snowstorms, Blizzards, Low Temperatures), 6) Maintaining Full Technical And Operational Readiness Of Means Of Transport And Equipment Together With Accessories Intended To Combat The Effects Of Winter, 7) Performing Duties And Keeping Zud (Winter Road Maintenance) Documentation, Including A Duty Log Containing Information About Course Of Duty, Road Condition And Interventions Undertaken, 8) The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Guidelines In The Annex Concern How Services Are Provided. 9) The Order Execution Will Begin When Winter Conditions Occur - November 15, 2026. 10) The Order Execution Will End When The Winter Conditions Disappear - March 31, 2027.
