The Subject Of The Order Is The Rental, Assembly, Operation, Maintenance And Dismantling Of A Covered Ice Rink On The Plot At The District Cultural Center At Ul. Kajakowa 12B In Warsaw. The Order Includes: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Obtain A Stable And Safe Surface. 2) Rental, Delivery And Assembly Of A Tent Shelter For Roofing The Ice Rink With Dimensions Of 20 M X 45 M (Without Side Walls, Gable Roof). 3) Rental, Assembly, Disassembly And Operation Of A Complete Ice Rink Measuring 40 M X 18 M With Lighting And Sound System. 4) Rental, Assembly, Disassembly And Operation Of An Additional Small Ice Rink, The So-Called Ośla Meadows, Intended For People Starting To Learn Ice Skating. An Ice Rink With Dimensions Of 10 X 10 M, Located Next To The Main Ice Rink, Constituting A Separate Functional Zone, But Connected To The Main Ice Rink In A Way That Allows Users To Safely And Smoothly Move Between Both Surfaces. The Connection Must Ensure The Continuity Of The Ice Surface, Without Faults, Bulges, Cracks, Dips Or Other Irregularities That May Cause Users To Lose Balance Or Fall. A Small Ice Rink Should Be Equipped With Lighting, Without A Roof. 5) Placing (Embedding) Inside The Layer Constituting The Ice Surface, In Central, Clearly Visible Places, Logos Provided By The Ordering Party (Logo Of The Ursynów District) Printed On Material Adapted For Such Applications. Logo Area - Up To A Maximum Of 2 Square Meters Each6) Decorating The Ice Rink (Both Surfaces) With Decorations In The Form Of Garlands Of Led Lights.7) Installing In The Area Adjacent To The Ice Rink The Necessary Infrastructure And Equipment For Its Proper Operation As Well As The Technical Facilities Of The Ice Rink.8) Making The Ice Rink Available To Residents For 89 Days From The Date Of Its Launch (Taking Into Account The Dates Mentioned In Point 1) For 7 Days A Week During The Following Hours: 10.00-21.00, 7 Days A Week With The Following Exceptions: - December 24, 2026, The Ice Rink Is Open From 10.00 A.M. To 12.30 P.M., - December 25, 2026 (The Ice Rink Is Closed), - December 26, 2026, The Ice Rink Is Open From 1 P.M. To 9:00 P.M., - December 31, 2026, The Ice Rink Is Open From 10:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., - January 1, 2027, The Ice Rink Is Open From 4:00 P.M. To 9:00 P.M. Every Day From 4:00 P.M.
