4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Simplified Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Renovation Consisting In The Elimination Of Flood Damage In The Prudnik River Bed. As Part Of The Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Inventory Of The Technical Condition Of The Route And The Regulatory Infrastructure Of The River Bed, Which Will Allow For The Identification Of Irregularities And The Preparation Of Design Documentation. The Renovation Is To Consist In Restoring The Prudnik River Bed By: Building Bank Gaps, Unblocking The Bed, Strengthening The Slopes And The Stream Bed, Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, Topsoiling And Sowing. The Scope Of Construction Works Should Include Restoration Of The Pre-Flood Condition, Documentation Is To Be Prepared In The Form Of A Works Notification. The Scope Of Design Work Should Include Work That Does Not Require Obtaining A Building Permit, Environmental Or Water Law Decisions And Only Involves Restoring The Original Condition Of These Facilities. The Scope Of The Order Includes Works Including The Development Of Geodetic Documentation Together With The Development Of A Map, Understanding The Legal Status Of The Property, Detailed Technical Inventory Of Facilities And Equipment, Inventory Of Trees And Shrubs, Development Of Design Documentation (Hydrological And Hydraulic Calculations, Technical Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimate).
