The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Configuration Of One Server. I.Hardware Requirements1.The Server Offered Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel. 2. The Offered Server Must Have A Clearly Identifiable Manufacturer, Model Number And Manufacturers Technical Documentation Enabling Verification Of Its Parameters And Compliance With Opz Requirements.3.The Offered Server Model Must Have The Certified For Windows Status In The Official Microsoft Catalog For Windows Server 2022 And Windows Server 2025.4.The Delivered Server Must Meet The Requirements Applicable To It Under European Union Law Regarding Product Compliance, Including Ce Marking Requirements. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With The Eu Declaration Of Conformity Of The Manufacturer Or His Authorized Representative, Covering The Delivered Server Model. Ii.Warranty And Service Requirements1.The Offered Server Must Be Covered By A Warranty For The Period Specified In This Opz.2.Server Service During The Warranty Period Must Be Provided By The Device Manufacturer Or An Entity Authorized By The Manufacturer To Perform Service Activities Related To The Offered Server Model.3.The Entity Providing Servicing Must Ensure The Protection Of Information To Which It May Gain Access In Connection With The Servicing Activities Performed, And Comply With The Security Rules Applicable To The Ordering Party And Resulting From The Act On The National Cybersecurity System. 4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring The Provision Of Service In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz, Also In The Event Of Entrusting These Activities To A Third Party. Iii.Equipment Installation, Configuration And As-Built Documentation Requirements1.Procedures For Installation And Configuration Of The Supplied Equipment:1) Server Installation In A Rack Cabinet And Cabling According To Best Practices.2) Server Configuration (Network Cards, Disks) In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions.3) Software Installation In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions.2.Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Describing In Particular: 1) Technical Specifications Of The Supplied Equipment. 2) Description Of The Network Configuration. 3.Equipment Description: Included In Annex 2 To Swz.2.The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
