The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Mobile Outdoor, Artificially Frozen, Ring-Shaped Ice Rink. 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete, Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Ready For Use After Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Acceptance By The Ordering Party.2) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Devices From Exhibition, Demonstration Or Previous Use.3) The Structure Of The Ice Rink Must Enable Its Repeated Assembly And Disassembly And Re-Use In Another Location.4) All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Create A Complete And Mutually Compatible System, Enabling Proper And Safe Use Of The Ice Rink2.
