The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: Engine Modernization; Gearbox Modernization; Cabin Modernization; Renovation And Renovation Of The Vehicle, Including Its Components, Mechanisms And Systems, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; Performance Of Necessary Assembly Works, Adaptation, Installation And Finishing; Carrying Out Tests, Inspections And Technical Examinations Required For The Scope Of Modernization Performed; Preparing And Submitting Documentation Regarding The Work Performed And Design Changes. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Fixed Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Covers Renovation And Modernization Works Performed As Well As Installed Parts, Components And Devices, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified In The Order Documentation (According To The Offer Evaluation Criterion - Additional Points Can Be Obtained For Extending The Quality Warranty Period For The Spring Axle And The Rear Spring).
