Tenders Are Invited For Logistics Service For Alpine Training Of Mountain Rescuers - Preparation For Cross-Border Rescue Operations In Winter For Gopr And Horska Service

4.1.The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Task, Includes The Provision Of Logistic Services For One Training Entitled: Alpine Training For Mountain Rescuers - Preparation For Cross-Border Rescue Operations In Winter, Organized As Part Of The Cross-Border Cooperation Of Gopr And Horska Serwis. A Maximum Of 30 People Will Participate In The Training, Including: 24 Gopr And Horska Service Čr Rescuers And 6 Instructors (3 Instructors Are Provided By The Training Service Provider, 3 Instructors - Full-Time Employees - Are Delegated By The Ordering Party). 4.2.The Training Will Take Place On December 6-11, 2026 By Providing Logistics Services. The Ordering Party Means Providing: Settlement Of Transport Costs (To The Extent Specified In Point V Of The Opz - The Contractor Does Not Provide Passenger Transport Services), Accommodation, Meals, Purchase Of Passes, A Room For Theoretical Classes And The Conclusion Of Personal Accident Insurance, Medical And Rescue Costs And Third Party Liability Insurance For Participants And Instructors. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Number Of Persons Covered By The Settlement, With The Minimum Amount Of The Benefit Being 80% Of The Quantities Indicated In Item 1-6 Of The Valuation Form, I.E. Accommodation And Meals For 22 Out Of 27 People Included In The Settlement Under The Project And Season Tickets And Insurance For 24 Out Of 30 People (Article 433, Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law); Benefits Under Item 7 And 12-15 Of The Valuation Form Are Implemented To The Full Extent - On The Terms Specified In The Opz And In § 5 Of The Contract Template. 4.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions.
