4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Type B Road Ambulance With Medical Equipment.4.2 The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Third Party Claims, With Complete Car Documentation Necessary For Registration And Operation.4.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Required Parameters, Is Specified In Annex No. 1A (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To This Tor. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Tor (Appendix No. 1A) Is Described By Indicating A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features, Parameters And Applications Not Worse Than Those Described In The Subject Of The Order. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Offered Item. The Acceptance Protocol Will Be Prepared After Checking The Delivered Subject Of The Order. - If The Delivery Is Found To Be Inconsistent With The Swz And/Or The Contractors Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace The Defective Subject Of The Order With A Defect-Free One, And In The Case Of Quantitative Deficiencies - To Provide The Difference Resulting From The Swz And The Contractors Offer And The Actual Delivery Within The Time Limit Set By The Ordering Party.4.5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Ordering Partys Staff On The Proper Operation Of The Subject Of The Order.
