The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of N2w3a Steel Protective Barriers Along With Installation Along Municipal Roads In The Ochotnica Dolna Commune, To The Extent Described In Annex No. 1 To Swz (Opz) And The Bill Of Quantities.2. The Estimated Quantities Of The Order Elements Are: 2,052 Meters Of Protective Barriers, 590 Pcs. Of Posts, 35 Pcs. Of Ram Type Endings, 36 Pcs. Of Diagonal Endings And 98 Pcs. Of Reflectors.3. The Order Covers Road Sections In The Following Villages: Ochotnica Dolna - 616 M, Ochotnica Górna - 472 M, Ochotnica Dolna - Młynne - 306 M And Tylmanowa - 658 M. Locations And Quantities For Individual Sections Are Determined By The Opz And Bill Of Quantities.4. The Delivered Barriers Must Meet The Opz Requirements, In Particular: Containment Level N2, Working Width Class W3, Impact Intensity Level A, Appropriate Anti-Corrosion Protection, Ce Marking And The Pn-En 1317-2:2010 Standard Or Equivalent.5. The Assembly Includes Performing All Necessary Works Using Technology In Accordance With The Opz And The Manufacturers Instructions, Including Mounting The Posts, Installing Guides, Endings, Reflective Elements, Making Connections, And Securing And Tidying Up The Area. The Order Also Includes The Removal Of Damaged Barriers And Improvement Of Existing Elements On The Sections Indicated In Opz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport, Unloading, Assembly, Auxiliary Materials, Securing Assembly Sites And Restoring Permanent Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Opz, Without Separate Remuneration Apart From The Unit Prices Offered In The Offer Form.7. The Ordering Party Requires A 24-Month Quality Guarantee For The Delivered And Installed Barriers And Their Other Elements, Counted From The Signing Of The Final Acceptance Protocol In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
