The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Kitchen And Utility Equipment To The Day Care Home In The Niedrzwica Duża Commune.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: New Social Services In The Niedrzwica Duża Commune Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lubelskie 2021-2027 Program, Priority Axis Viii Increasing Social Cohesion, Measure 8.5 Social Services (Project Type 1 A)-D), 2). 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Kitchen And Household Equipment And Its Delivery To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. Transport, Unloading And Bringing In. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.4.The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Be Brand New, Unused, Have The Required Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendices No. 2 To The Swz), Be Undamaged, Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Use, Meet The Standards Required By Polish Law And Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects. The Ordering Party Excludes The Delivery Of Exhibition Equipment. Devices Cannot Be Refurbished, Demonstration Or Prototype Devices And Must Represent A Brand New Model Of The Current Production Line. The Equipment Must Be Unrefurbished, Complete, And Manufactured No Earlier Than January 2024. The Equipment Must Come From An Authorized Distribution Channel. The Equipment Must Have A Ce Declaration - Conformité Européenne Or Equivalent, And Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use - In Polish. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Of Full Value And Manufactured In Accordance With Applicable Norms And Standards. The Equipment Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals Allowing For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.5.Required Warranty Period: The Minimum Warranty Period For Individual Items Is Specified In Annex 2.6.The Contractor, At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery, Will Inform The Ordering Party About It, Indicating The Dates And Expected Hours Of Delivery Of The Equipment.7.Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On Business Days, I.E. Monday - - Friday, At Times Agreed Each Time With The Representative Of The Ordering Party.8.The Contract Also Covers All Tests Of The Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Necessary To Assess Their Proper Functioning, Including Connection And Commissioning (If Applicable).
