4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service As Part Of The Project Titled: Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste In The Gorzków Commune In 2027.4.2.The Service Includes Comprehensive Activities Related To The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From All Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Gorzków Commune, As Well As From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok), In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended). Amended),2) The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1328, As Amended),3) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10),4) The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Area Gorzków Commune,5) These Terms Of Reference (Swz).4.3.Material Scope Of The Service: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services Consisting In: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Gorzków Commune, In Accordance With The Waste Collection Schedule, 2) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Pszok, Run By The Ordering Party, 3) Transport Of The Collected Waste To Places Of Recovery, Recycling Or Disposal, 4) Management Of Municipal Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of Law, Including The Principle Hierarchy Of Waste Management,5) Preparing And Submitting Documentation Confirming The Collection And Management Of Waste In Accordance With The Requirements Of Swz And The Provisions On Waste Records (Bdo),6) Providing The Ordering Party With Monthly And Annual Reports On The Amount And Type Of Waste Collected,7) Informing The Ordering Party About Cases Of Incorrect Waste Segregation And Preparing Photographic Documentation Of These Cases.4.4.Characteristics Of The Contract Implementation Area: 1) In The Gorzków Commune There Are Approximately 1,158 Single-Family And Farmhouses And 2 Multi-Family Buildings. 2) The Communes Area Is 96.68 Km² And There Are 23 Towns With 2,501 Inhabitants (Based On Submitted Declarations On The Amount Of Fees For Municipal Waste Management). 3) Approximately 106 Households Are Equipped With Home Composters.4) The Estimated Number Of Properties From Which Municipal Waste Will Be Collected, As Well As The Communication System And Location Of Individual Towns In The Gorzków Commune, Are Presented In Annex No. 1 To Swz.5) Waste Will Be Collected Directly From The Properties, Along The Routes Of Waste Collection Vehicles. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service To All Inhabited Properties. The Estimated Length Of The Routes Is Approximately 145 Km.4.5.During The Execution Of The Order, The Number Of Properties And The Number Of Residents Covered By The Service May Change As A Result Of Population Migration, Births, Deaths Or Ownership Changes.
