The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Renovation Of The Front Facades (On The Side Of The Market Square And Zamkowa Street) Of The Building At Ul. Zamkowa No. 2/4 In Rybnik. The Documentation Is Necessary For The Ordering Party To Announce And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure Pursuant To The Public Procurement Law. Characteristics Of The Facility: Corner Tenement House Located At The Corner Of The Market Square And Ul. Zamkowa. The Facility Consists Of Two Blocks Differing In Terms Of Dimensions And Façade Decoration. The Higher Part Of The Facility, From The Side Of The Market Square And Ul. Zamkowa Has Three Above-Ground Floors, While The Lower Part - With A Front Elevation Facing Ul. Zamkowa Has Two Above-Ground Floors And A Low Attic. Both Parts Have Basements, With Shed Roofs Covered With Felt. The Plinth Is Covered With Secondary Stone Cladding. Detail Of The Facade In The Form Of A Magnificent Cornice Between The Ground Floor And The First Floor, Crowning Cornices And Window Bands. On The Eastern Façade There Is Sgraffito From The Second Half Of The 20Th Century. The Strip Of The First Floor Of The Lower Block Is Rusticated. The Crowning Cornice Of This Part Is Decorated With Stucco And Brackets Supporting The Upper Strip Of The Cornice. The Building Is In Average Technical Condition, Non-Historical Colors, The Façade Requires Renovation.
