Tenders are invited for Institutional Assessment of Financial Service Providers in Palestine. Service Location: West Bank PROSPER Project Promoting Resilience, Opportunities, and Sustainability through Partnerships for Empowerment funded by Global Affairs Canada, invites eligible service providers to submit bids for the Institutional Assessment of Financial Service Providers in Palestine. PROSPER Project is a five-year initiative implemented in collaboration with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders to strengthen economic resilience and promote prosperity among vulnerable groups in the West Bank, with a particular focus on women and female youth working in the agribusiness and renewable energy/energy efficiency sectors. PROSPER is funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and implemented by Cowater International in partnership with the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy. The objective of this ToR is to seeks a qualified specialist consultant to conduct institutional assessments of three Palestinian Micro Finance Service Providers, focusing on gender-responsive and green/climate finance. The consultant will evaluate each institutions policies, products, outreach, and capacity to serve women and youth-led MSMEs and promote environmentally sustainable finance.
