Tenders Are Invited For Heating Of The Premises Of Model Obaly A.S.

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of A New Heating System For Production And Storage Halls In The Closed Industrial Complex Of Model Obaly A.S. In Moravské Budějovice. The New Heating System Will Be Made With Radiant Hot Water Panels With A Temperature Gradient Of 70/50°C. The Panels Will Be Installed Under The Ceiling Of The Hall And Will Work On The Principle Of Emitting Radiant Heat, Which Warms Objects And People Below. Thanks To This Principle, The Surfaces On Which The Radiation Falls Are First Heated, Then The Surrounding Air Is Heated By The Flow, Which Leads To Energy Savings. The Heat Source Will Be The Newly Installed Air/Water Pump Located At The Northwest Wall Of The Production Hall. An Electric Boiler Is Designed As An Auxiliary (Bivalent) Heat Source, Which Will Be Located In A Dedicated Area Of ​​The Production Hall. Furthermore, A Heat Storage Tank (For The Use Of Power Balance Services) Will Be Installed, Which Will Be Located In A Fenced Area Together With The Heat Pump. The Scope Of The Contract Also Includes The Execution Of The Necessary Distribution Systems For The Connection Of Radiant Panels Incl. High-Current Electrical Engineering, Measurement And Regulation And Related Building Modifications.The Subject Of The Performance Of The Contract And The Detailed Conditions Are Specified In More Detail In The Project Documentation, In The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions, And Further In The Information On Risks And Measures Taken By The Contracting Authority And In The Rules For Behavior On The Premises Of The Contracting Company, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Zd (See Appendix No. 6 - 9 Of The Zd).
